Organic Coconut Sugar

Product Details

Organic Coconut Sugar is a sugar product made from the sap of coconut palm blossoms. The sap is processed through several stages, including heating for approximately 4 hours, followed by stirring using a wooden paddle, granulation using coconut shells, sieving, and packaging.

The coconut plantation land has been certified by an accredited certification body, Control Union.

As a final processing stage, the product undergoes oven drying, sieving through a metal trap filter, manual sorting, and inspection using a metal detector to ensure product safety and quality.

Laboratory testing is conducted on the raw material and finished product, covering the following parameters:

- Moisture Content
- Sulfite
- Gluten
- Cane Sugar Adulteration (Refined Sugar Detection)
