Organic Coconut Sugar is a natural sweetener made from the sap of coconut blossoms. The sap is processed through several stages, including heating for approximately 4 hours, stirring with a wooden stirrer, granulation using coconut shells, sieving, and packaging. The coconut plantation has been certified organic by an accredited certification body, Control Union. As the final stage of production, the product undergoes oven drying, filtration through a metal trap filter, manual sorting, and inspection using a metal detector to ensure both safety and quality.

Laboratory testing is conducted on both raw materials and finished products, with the following parameters:
- Moisture Content
- Sulfite
- Gluten
- Sugarcane Adulteration (Detection of Refined Sugar Addition)
