Product Details
The Natural process begins with selecting coffee cherries that are ripe, have good sugar content and fruit thickness.
The varieties used were mixed varieties consisting of Typica, Lini S, Sigararutang and Kartika.
Then the coffee cherries are dried with the thickness of the clothesline according to weather conditions. Coffee is dried in the sun for 21-28 days until the green bean moisture content is <12% and then rested for 2 months.
After the resting process is complete, the coffee in the huller then enters the sorting process while the sorting process includes:
