Metrokosta Robusta Gold

Metrokosta Robusta Gold is a single-origin Robusta coffee from the Batulanteh Highlands, Sumbawa Island, Indonesia, grown at 800–1,200 meters above sea level in fertile volcanic soil and a tropical mountain climate. The coffee is cultivated by local smallholder farmers using traditional, shade-grown farming methods with minimal chemical inputs, preserving both the environment and the coffee's natural character.

Harvesting
Only fully ripe red cherries are handpicked to ensure consistent quality and optimal sweetness.

Post-Harvest
The cherries are carefully sorted and processed using the Natural Process, then sun-dried slowly until they reach the ideal moisture content. The beans are hulled, graded, and rested before roasting.

Roasting
Roasted in small batches with a medium roast profile to develop a balanced cup with a rich body, natural sweetness, and a smooth finish.
