Cultivated in the cool, volcanic highlands of West Java, Indonesia, at elevations ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 meters above sea level. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil under canopy shade, these beans develop a dense structure and a complex, refined flavor profile.

Tasting Notes: Bright citric acidity, vibrant floral aroma, layered with notes of dark chocolate, sweet caramel, and a smooth herbal finish.
