Brolendo is a fusion of brownies and Galendo, a traditional snack from Ciamis made from coconut pulp leftover from coconut oil production, cooked until dry and firm. Officially recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia by the Ministry of Education and Culture in August 2024, Galendo serves as the heart of our innovation. Brolendo combines authentic Indonesian taste with modern creativity, while also collaborating with local SMEs to support the community.
