Argopuro Walida Carbonic Mascerasi
$ 17
Product Details
Carbonic Maceration by Argopuro Walida is a specialty Arabica coffee grown at 1,200–1,800 masl on the slopes of Mount Argopuro, Situbondo, East Java. Ripe cherries are hand-picked and sealed in airtight stainless steel tanks without oxygen exposure, allowing fermentation to unfold slowly under natural CO₂ over several days before being sun-dried. This meticulous process produces a coffee with intense aromatics and a complex, fruity-forward flavor profile, notes of banana, cherry, strawberry, and milk chocolate, delivering a full-bodied, wine-like cup that reflects both the terroir of Argopuro and the craftsmanship of its farming community.
