Tenun Tugu Mas

Established in 2005 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, Tenun Tugu Mas is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) specializing in the production of Lurik, a traditional handwoven textile that represents the cultural heritage of Yogyakarta. For over two decades, we have been committed to preserving the authenticity of Indonesian textile while continuously adapting to evolving needs of the modern fashion industry. Every fabric is carefully weave by skilled local weavers using traditional loom that have been passed down through generations.

To ensure exceptional quality, Tenun Tugu Mas exclusively uses premium raw materials, including organic cotton yarn and silk yarn. These natural fabrics produce textiles that are soft, comfortable, durable, and elegant, while maintaining the distinctive character and authenticity of traditional lurik weaving.

Through our continuous commitment, we have empowered more than 30 women weavers across Yogyakarta dan its surrounding areas. We truly believe that consistent effort can create a meaningful and lasting impact, not only in preserving Indonesia's cultural heritage but also improving the well-being of the artisans and weavers who are an intergral part of our journey. Their dedication, craftsmanship, and stories are woven into every piece we create, making each textile a reflection of both cultural legacy and community empowerment.
