Studio Dapur is a design-based social enterprise from West Java, Indonesia, specializing in premium bamboo craftsmanship. Located in the foothills of Mount Galunggung in Tasikmalaya, we collaborate with highly skilled rural artisans to create high-quality kitchenware and homeware from sustainably harvested local bamboo. Every piece is crafted through hands-on, eco-conscious methods that support community livelihoods and environmental resilience. Our name, "Dapur" (kitchen in Indonesian), reflects our focus on functional, timeless pieces that bring warmth to everyday spaces, evoking nostalgia for bamboo's traditional presence in Indonesian homes.
