Qas Songket Aceh

Quality Aceh Songket (QAS) was founded by Mauliana in 2019 in Siem Village, Aceh Besar, as a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) focused on preserving Acehnese cultural heritage through quality songket weaving. Its products include traditional and modern songket fabrics, clothing, bags, accessories, custom designs, and weaving workshops. QAS's main strength lies in women's empowerment, with all fabrics handmade by local women artisans. In addition to maintaining quality, QAS also applies environmentally friendly and sustainable production principles. Each songket features an exclusive design that is never mass-produced, using genuine gold or silver thread with motifs that carry historical, cultural, and distinctly Acehnese identity value.
