Melayu Crackers Indonesia is a company based in Pekanbaru with a brand Melakers. Established since 2018. We are specialize in the production of pangasius fish skin crackers. As is widely known, Riau Province is one of the largest producers of pangasius fish in Indonesia.

Our products made from high-quality raw materials and carefully seasoned with selected traditional spices. We produce pangasius fish skin crackers in three flavour variants: Original, Balado (spicy chili), and Barbecue. On average, we are capable of producing approximately 20,000 packs of pangasius fish skin crackers per month. We are dedicated to delivering authentic taste and combining local wisdom with modern technology to create snacks that are unique, crunchy and delicious.

At our company, we have a strong commitment to prioritizing quality by applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in processed food production.
