Minang Kakao

Minang Kakao is a social agriculture entrepreneurship, focused on development of organic cocoa in Indonesia. Started in 2017, cocoa plantation and supply chain project has been developing by Minang Kakao together with local farmers. This project aims to improve local farmer’s economy, open up more jobs, utilize non-productive land and also help nature conservation, while develop cocoa and it’s derivative products as major commodities. After the harvest, cocoa fruit are opened carefully, and the beans get into fermentation process to rich up the cocoa flavors and quality. Well fermented cocoa beans then get dried through natural sun drying process before can be used for chocolate manufacturing process. We produce various of product, start from cocoa mass/couverture, cocoa nibs, and premium crafted chocolate bars. We strictly use only nature materials, halal and do not use any chemical preservative. It is organic and vegan compliance.
