Mie Sehat Cempaka

This enterprise originated from a fundamental aspiration of a mother, Dyah Puspita, to offer nutritious food for her child, who has a penchant for noodles. Residing in the bountiful environment of Maluku, she recognized a significant opportunity in local ingredients sago, which is plentiful yet underutilized.
In response to the challenges faced by sago farmers, who endure a lengthy processing period with limited financial returns, the initiative emerged to develop a food innovation: sago-based noodles. Papeda may not appeal to everyone, yet noodles are a universally cherished food, enjoyed by individuals of all ages, from children to adults.
Situated on Jl. Cempaka, this establishment bears a robust local identity: Cempaka Sago Noodles. Now, through collaboration with sago farmers in Rutong (Ambon) and Seram Island, along with local fishermen supplying fresh skipjack tuna, Mie Sehat Cempaka emerges not merely as a food product but also as a grassroots economic initiative and a promotion of culture based healthy eating.
