Koperasi Kopi Wanita Gayo

KOKOWAGAYO (Koperasi Kopi Gayo Wanita) is a women-led coffee farmers' cooperative, entirely managed by women, established in 2014. Women play an active role at every stage of coffee cultivation, from clearing and planting the land to maintenance and processing beans into export-ready coffee. As a cooperative run by women, KOKOWAGAYO also gives its members a direct voice in sales decisions, ensuring the benefits flow back to meet the needs and interests of their families.
