Fortuna Songket Sidemen

Fortuna Songket Sidemen, located in Lokasari Village, Sidemen District, Karangasem Regency, was established on January 2, 2020, and is engaged in the production of songket fabric weaving. They use cotton thread as the basic material for the songket and natural dyes as the main coloring material, making the fabric lighter in texture and also environmentally friendly. The purpose of forming this weaving group is that songket fabric is a cultural and ancestral heritage that needs to be preserved. Sidemen songket fabric has a variety of motifs, each with its own meaning and is very beautiful. In addition, Sidemen village is also a center for songket fabric production in Bali.
