Deajeng Sewing Craft was first founded in 2016, rooted in a simple passion for sewing fabric crafts. Initially, the workshop produced small items like pencil cases, pouches, and cushion covers primarily for personal use. However, as we discovered the stunning beauty and rich variety of South Sumatera's traditional textiles, we saw a greater opportunity. In 2020, Deajeng Sewing Craft made a pivotal shift by officially launching a collection of ethnic bags crafted from authentic South Sumateran fabrics—and we have been proudly creating them ever since.
