Founded in 2018, Dapur S'Best specializes in premium fish-based products, with S'Best Mackerel Fish Pempek (frozen) as its flagship product. Our product range also includes mackerel fish crackers (Amplang), mackerel fish sticks, mackerel fish wonton crackers, and snakehead fish crackers.

Our products are manufactured using high quality fish, with a higher proportion of fish than tapioca flour, resulting in a richer taste and superior quality compared to similar products.

- Amplang, Fish Sticks, and Fish Crackers: PIRT, Halal, GMP/SKP, and HACCP certified.

Market Presence
Dapur S'Best products are sold online and through major retail chains in Palangka Raya and Banjarmasin, including Alfamart, Hypermart, and HiCermart. Our products are also available in The Keranjang Bali, expanding our presence to Bali.

In November 2021, Dapur S'Best co-founded the Huma Gawin Itah (HGI) Fish Processing and Marketing Group, with founder Nindita Nareswari serving as Chairwoman. Through HGI, women-led MSMEs have successfully obtained food safety certifications and strengthened product quality standards.

Today, HGI holds HACCP Grade B and GMP Grade A certifications. Dapur S'Best has also successfully exported its Mackerel Fish Wonton Crackers to Australia.
